（中央社記者王鴻國新北市10日電）新北市長兼國民黨主席朱立倫今天就國民黨總統參選人洪秀柱競選辦公室經費核銷問題表示，這是基層會計制度，該怎麼報帳就怎麼報，根本不是問題。

朱立倫今天出席市政行程時受訪，媒體詢問國民黨對前主席連戰參加大陸閱兵的問題，朱立倫表示，國民黨對抗戰的歷史，堅持中華民國史觀的立場不改變。

他表示，對大老或個別黨員的意見，一切按照制度走，國民黨已是民主政黨及民主制度，有意見就提案討論，尊重制度。

媒體追問洪秀柱辦公室對黨撥款的問題，朱立倫笑說，拿這則新聞來問黨主席就有點有趣了。

他表示，報帳核銷等相關制度，簡單講，就是基層的會計制度，也就是到各個地方活動，該怎麼付帳？該怎麼報帳？該怎麼報帳就怎麼報，根本不是問題，各政黨都是統一標準。

至於外傳國慶大會的座位被安排在民進黨主席蔡英文旁邊，朱立倫表示，目前只是被徵詢會不會參加的時候，座位怎麼安排就尊重主辦單位。1040910
